However you can also have cleaning at other intervals of 3 ie, 6 ,9, 12. (or one off cleans if more than 12 weeks)

(Standard Windows = 1 =all windows in one frame so includes openers etc)
(Bay Windows = Any windows that have panes longer than 2m, and that aren't flush with property, ie in a semi circle, or rectangular setting count all bay as 1)
(Conservatory Windows = Each strip or pane, include small windows above or below standard panes with the strip as 1.)
(Class any doors or similar as standard windows)
